Khemia Buyback Policy

At Khemia, we encourage mindful jewellery ownership. To support this, we offer a buyback option on select pieces, allowing you to receive store credit for eligible jewellery.

1. Buyback Eligibility

Khemia offers a buyback on  Khemia 925 silver jewellery purchased directly from our official website or app. The item must be in good, wearable condition and returned along with the original invoice and authenticity card. Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party is not eligible.

2. Buyback Value

The buyback amount is calculated based on the original purchase value:

• Up to 6 months: 50% as Khemia Wallet credit

• 6–12 months: 25% store credit

• More than 12 months: 15% store credit

3. Items Not Accepted

Buyback is not available for customized or personalized jewellery,  gift cards, or clearance / final-sale products.

4. Shipping & Quality Check

Customers are required to send the jewellery to Khemia’s service center using a trackable courier service. All items are subject to a quality inspection. If the buyback request is declined and you wish to have the item returned, a ₹99 return shipping fee will apply.

5. Store Credit

Once approved, the buyback amount will be added to your Khemia Wallet within 5 business days. Wallet credit is valid for 12 months, non-transferable, non-encashable, and can be used only on official Khemia platforms.
