Khemia Buyback Policy

At Khemia, we encourage mindful jewellery ownership. To support this, we offer a buyback option on select pieces, allowing you to receive store credit for eligible jewellery.

1. Buyback Eligibility

Khemia offers a buyback on  Khemia 925 silver jewellery purchased directly from our official website or app. The item must be in good, wearable condition and returned along with the original invoice and authenticity card. Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party is not eligible.

2. Buyback Value

The buyback amount is calculated based on the original purchase value:

  • Up to 6 months: 50% as Khemia Wallet credit

  • 6–12 months: 25% store credit

  • More than 12 months: 15% store credit

3. Items Not Accepted

Buyback is not available for customized or personalized jewellery,  gift cards, or clearance / final-sale products.

4. Shipping & Quality Check

Customers are required to send the jewellery to Khemia’s service center using a trackable courier service. All items are subject to a quality inspection. If the buyback request is declined and you wish to have the item returned, a ₹99 return shipping fee will apply.

5. Store Credit

Once approved, the buyback amount will be added to your Khemia Wallet within 5 business days. Wallet credit is valid for 12 months, non-transferable, non-encashable, and can be used only on official Khemia platforms.

Founder's Note:

As a fourth-generation entrepreneur, jewellery has always been a part of who I am. I grew up surrounded by the art of fine craftsmanship, the rhythm of hammers, the sparkle of gold dust, and stories woven into every design. Life then took me to London, where I pursued my Master’s and gained both technical and business expertise. I was immersed in the world of design, craftsmanship, and branding.

Even amidst corporate boardrooms and modern skylines, something kept pulling me back — the desire to create with meaning, to honour legacy, and to bring modernity to tradition. Walking the streets of London, I saw how the world was moving towards minimal, meaningful jewellery — pieces that are light, personal, and quietly bold. That’s when I knew I wanted to take my family's 100-year legacy and reimagine it for today.

I’ve always believed silver is the new gold. timeless, versatile, and quietly powerful. And while I love the simplicity of modern, everyday jewellery, I’ve also been drawn to the richness of antique, oxidised silver — pieces that carry stories, character, and soul.

With that thought, I started building Khemia — a brand that blends timeless craftsmanship with modern design, minimal elegance with heritage charm. For those who value authenticity, individuality, and jewellery that speaks for itself.
